Great scenery, nice guide but some issues.

Tour was good, views were fantastic. Driver was nice and did his best to make it enjoyable. Small group only 6 of us. Negatives, even though I contacted tour provider to where our ship was docked, the driver went to a different dock. The driver had no amplification so only the person in the passenger seat could here him any time the vehicle was moving.

Delay after Delay in Northern Ireland

Unfortunately not a great trip. We waited over an hour on the coach at the Belfast port to depart due to late passengers. I note that the tour indicated the bus would depart within 30 mins of docking. I’m not sure why the rules weren’t enforced as it inconvenienced those of us who did follow instructions. We also needed to wait again at the Giants Causeway for these same passengers past the scheduled time to be back to the coach. Overall it took limited time away from our excursions that we paid for. Our guide James was very good, but the delays were frustrating and he shouldn’t have had to cater to their schedule. Their abuse of our time took away from all of our experiences. We missed the Dark Hedges altogether due to the delays, which was something we were really looking forward to.

Driver was an hour and a half late with no communication

Our Driver was one and half hours late with no communication. All documents and tickets instructed us to be at the meeting point at 730 AM. All of our group was there and no driver. At 745AM I called and was told the driver was on the way, that he was misinformed of the time and thought it was 9 am. We were not told what time to expect the driver only to wait. We stood outside in the cold and mist and waited for our driver for 90 minutes. No communication from Paddywagon that they would be late or what time the driver would arrive. We are a group of 14

Blazing craic

The driver/tour guide (I think it was Alec) was amazing. He provided enough history to provide context and gave us enough time at each stop to explore. I did not expect as much time in Belfast, but, because we were on schedule, we were able to explore the city. One note for travelers: it is ~90 minutes from Belfast to the first stop at Dunluce, where there are no facilities.
