Traveler reviews
Belfast City Tour & Titanic Museum
Our group learned a great deal about the city and it's history from our guide, John. We really enjoyed St. George's Market for shopping and getting a bite to eat. While the city is amazing, the Titanic Museum was really wonderful. We definitely covered the city and would use Belfast Tours NI should we come back to Belfast.
The best en Belfast
This is an excellent tour Francis made the experience go to the next level even do it was raining he did everything to make our time a pleasant one, his knowledge and commitment with us was really good. Perfect for our short time due to the cruise schedule.
Not great
It was my 40th birthday this week and a lifelong dream for me to visit the Titanic museum and the hotel in one day. Our table was booked for 16.45 by the time we arrived there was a wedding party that didn't move on. As soon as it got busy/ semi busy it was evident the staff didn't have a clue in the hotel, we were there 4 hours from start to finish it was evident that the staff and the manager were not organised. At one point there were 5 people stood in the kitchen looking at one check. We had ask 4 times for crackers to go with our cheese, when the cheese arrived it was supposed to be for 2 people but was only for 1 person. When we actually got the food it was out of this world, beautifully presented and tasty it was the organisation and staff that let us down in this.
No commentary options for non-English speakers
We always enjoy city bus tours and the trip around Belfast did not disappoint. Through hopping on and off we had 2 different guides. One appeared to provide the commentary spontaneously and his jokes were delivered well. The other was clearly reading a script because when we were the only people on the bus they still referred to passengers from other parts of the world! However, that said, the bus went to all the tourist hotspots which enabled us to appreciate the history of the city. My only negative point is that there were no commentary options for passengers who do not speak English. It didn’t affect our experience but I think it’s a shame that they would have missed out on this history.
Belfast tour with Michael
This was a great experience in Belfast. Michael was our guide and was very friendly and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. He also let us customize out tour so we could spend time at the spots we were most interested in. I would absolutely recommend this group for anyone looking to travel to Belfast. It’s also nice being in a van versus a big tour bus, and priced better.
