Pass by: With everyone on board, the day begins with a two hour drive from Dublin to Belfast. Sit back and watch Dublin city fade into the background as we enter the green Irish countryside and receive a primer to the history and culture of Northern Ireland from your guide.
Half way to Belfast we'll leave the highway and make a short pit stop at the haunting ruins of Monasterboice. See an amazing 10th century stone round tower in pristine condition and learn how our ancestors sought refuge there from vicious Viking raids in the area. Touch the most beautiful hand carved stone Celtic crosses in Ireland, standing tall over the Irish countryside for over 1,000 years.
Titanic ExperienceTitanic Belfast extends over nine interactive galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition, drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features. Explore the shipyard, travel to the depths of the ocean and uncover the true legend of Titanic, in the city and dockside where it all began.Enjoy approximately 120 minutes to explore the exhibition at leisure, your entrance fee (GBP 19.00) will be included in the cost of your tour.
Consider an optional Black Taxi tour of the Falls and Shankill Roads along with the infamous political murals and the "Peace Lines" (walls) separating Irish Nationalist and British Loyalist neighbourhoods. Highly recommended by Lonely Planet and all the leading guidebooks. The Black Taxi fare is GBP 12.50 per person (approx. EUR 15.00). OR Take the free time for lunch and shopping time in Belfast bustling downtown shopping area. Use your free time to explore this magical city. Visit the Crown Liquor Saloon for a glass of Bushmills Whiskey or check out Belfast's own leaning tower, the “Albert Clock”.
Pass by: We'll regroup around 16:00 and head back towards Dublin. After crossing the border we'll return through the rolling countryside of County Louth. We'll make a comfort stop en-route if required and drop you off in Dublin at approximately 18:30.

Traveler reviews
A little more time at the...
A little more time at the city center and less at the Titanic experience. Driver was great. Black cab tour a must
Well worth it. Our driver and guide Keith was great.
Despite it being a grey and rainy day, Keith kept us entertained all the way up to Belfast with his vast amount of interesting knowledge delivered with great humour. He went out of his way to make our trip the best. A great way to see Belfast. We were disappointed with the black taxi tour though as it was a van for 8 people and missed out some of the major sites. Thank goodness Keith obliged and too us there after the Titanic Exhibition 😊😊
Belfast and Titanic Experience
The Titanic experience was an exceptional tour. Really enjoyed learning more about how the ship was built and the history of ship building in Northern Ireland. Walking around Belfast was a good experience. We had lunch at the Crown Bar in one of their “snugs.” The food and service were excellent. Our guide, Leo, was excellent and provided lots of good historical information..
Fantastic experience....
Fantastic experience. Recommend taking the black cab tour option. Plenty of time at titanic museum. Be sure to confirm pick up times with guide at each drop off.
