Itinerary
Pass by: With everyone on board, the day begins with a two hour drive from Dublin to Belfast. Sit back and watch Dublin city fade into the background as we enter the green Irish countryside and receive a primer to the history and culture of Northern Ireland from your guide.
Half way to Belfast we'll leave the highway and make a short pit stop at the haunting ruins of Monasterboice. See an amazing 10th century stone round tower in pristine condition and learn how our ancestors sought refuge there from vicious Viking raids in the area. Touch the most beautiful hand carved stone Celtic crosses in Ireland, standing tall over the Irish countryside for over 1,000 years.
Titanic ExperienceTitanic Belfast extends over nine interactive galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition, drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features. Explore the shipyard, travel to the depths of the ocean and uncover the true legend of Titanic, in the city and dockside where it all began.Enjoy approximately 120 minutes to explore the exhibition at leisure, your entrance fee (GBP 19.00) will be included in the cost of your tour.
Consider an optional Black Taxi tour of the Falls and Shankill Roads along with the infamous political murals and the "Peace Lines" (walls) separating Irish Nationalist and British Loyalist neighbourhoods. Highly recommended by Lonely Planet and all the leading guidebooks. The Black Taxi fare is GBP 12.50 per person (approx. EUR 15.00). OR Take the free time for lunch and shopping time in Belfast bustling downtown shopping area. Use your free time to explore this magical city. Visit the Crown Liquor Saloon for a glass of Bushmills Whiskey or check out Belfast's own leaning tower, the “Albert Clock”.
Pass by: We'll regroup around 16:00 and head back towards Dublin. After crossing the border we'll return through the rolling countryside of County Louth. We'll make a comfort stop en-route if required and drop you off in Dublin at approximately 18:30.

Fun in Belfast
It was a amazing and fun experience
Rushed, not enough time at venues
Very rushed, time spent in Belfast and Titanic was not what was advertised on Website. The Titanic Experience was excellent but didn’t have enough time to see it all before bus was leaving. Belfast city was also great but again very rushed. I will definitely go again but not with this tour company. Don’t understand why we had to stop for 45 minutes at a petrol station with a Centra shop and then travel to Belfast City Centre with only an hour and a half to look around. A total waste of time in Centra when we could have spent more time in Belfast city. First and last time using Paddywagon.
Tour Cancelled By Operator 30 Minutes Before Departure
Our confirmed and fully paid for tour was scheduled to leave at 8am. Received a call at 7:31am that the tour was cancelled because the bus wasn’t running. The gentleman said he didn’t know why and that was it. We suspect that they didn’t have enough passengers to make it cost effective for them. My advice is to book the Titanic Experience and Black Cab tour yourself and take the train
Pick Shay as your driver if possible!
Our driver, Shay, was the perfect guide and we had a great experience! The Titanic experience tour is good but if you are truly interested you can easily spend 3 hours in the museum and the surroundings.
This tour was advertised...
This tour was advertised as a 10 hour tour & it turned out it was closer to 12 1/2 hours. We picked this tour because we wanted to be back in Dublin in time for dinner. We didn’t get back to our hotel until 8:30. The tour company combined 1, 2, 3, & 6 day tour people on the bus going up to Belfast. To return we had to connect with another tour from the company which seemed to be running late & that extended our time in Belfast. I thought the Titanic Experience was extremely well done & interesting.
