Important information
Know before you book
- • The official St. Mark's Basilica ticket price is €12.00 per person (standard) or €24.00 with terrace access; the remaining part of the price covers assistance at the meeting point, accompanied entry with a certified guide or host, access to the Venice Gallery with a dedicated VR experience, the use of an audio guide or radio system with earphones and sales costs.
- • A valid ID document is mandatory for security checks at the entrance to the Basilica.
- • In the case of exceptionally poor weather and high or low tides, the gondola ride will be canceled. The gondola fee will be refunded
- • In the case of unplanned church services, or during days of exceptionally high tide, access to Saint Mark's Basilica may not be possible. In this case, you may be offered an alternate tour, or choose to take the tour another day
- • Due to security reasons, luggage and big bags are not allowed inside the Basilica and Doge's Palace

Was very pleased with the fact that either they were kind enough to wait for us for we got lost or late. The group was in a waiting room most playing with VR wear. Taken out to Gonfola, thing is never got to go through bridge of sighs, being that I was late I didn’t want to ask or complain about it!
Fantastic opportunity!! Massimiliano is an expert teacher! We watched. He walked us through the process. We were hands on during a simulation. Then, woth guided help, we created our masterpieces. I came away with a pair of earrings- a twisted icicles for each ear. Im thrilled! The highlight of our experience in Venice!
Ao chegarmos na agência fomos atendindos com certa rispidez! Haviam 2 mulheres atendendo e com pouca simpatia. Chegamos 30 min antes do passeio e pediram pra retornar faltando 15 min, aproveitamos para ir ao banheiro e beber uma água no restaurante ao lado. No retorno nos deram a identificação e uma atendente loira pediu para eu ir até o local de encontro, sai da agência e não entendi muito bem, quando voltei para confirmar e ainda pedir desculpar porque não havia entendido por não falar a língua deles, ela saiu do seu posto rispidamente me falou: MADAME, Go to the gallery! Fiquei sem reação na hora! Além disso nos deram 2 fones que não estavam funcionando para tradução para o português (nossos fones não foram trocados e passamos o passeio sem a tradução). O passeio em si foi bem legal! Fomos com um outro casal na mesma gôndola, a única coisa chata foi o mal acolhimento de atendentes que deveriam ter mais simpatia pelos turistas já que estamos pagando bem caro!
