- This is a moderately physical tour that involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. For this reason, it's not recommended for customers with health conditions.
Know before you go
- • Guests must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
- • Keep in mind that Barcelona's tourist sites are among the most popular in the world. While skip-the-line access and careful planning limit crowd exposure, please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours
- Please note that if you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, you will not be able to enter Park Güell without the group and the guide.
Cancellation policy
On tours canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a credit voucher for the full value of the tour. Tours cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to provide compensation for cancelations with the 24 hour window prior to your tour departure, nor can tour dates or times be amended. Bookings made with the 24 hour window are final.
Reviews
Tour was 40 min not 90. Info said to arrive 15 min early. Start time was listed at 445 so there were a whole bunch of people waiting looking for the guide at 4:30 very lost and confused and frustrated. The guide turned up at 4:45 and said oh the tour is at five and you were supposed to be here at 4:45 which is not what the ticket said and clearly not what an entire group understood. Well, we did have Skip the line tickets - it definitely was not worth the exorbitant price to get a very short audio tour.

The worst - couldn’t find the guide, felt rushed, the audio guide was horrible

Please note that Park Güell has two entrances. To ensure you meet with the group promptly, please head to the entrance at Carretera del Carmel 23, rather than the one at Carrer d’Olot. If taking a taxi, kindly specify the Carretera del Carmel 23 entrance to the driver to avoid missing the tour.
