- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance
- We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
- Please note that Musical Gardens and Fountain show may be subject to last minute schedule changes that are not under our control
Know before you go
- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
- Our City Wonders guides with wear a blue jacket or top and will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.
- Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour.
- Please note that the rest of your group is coming from Paris, we kindly ask you to wait at the meeting point until your guide arrives. There might be delays on some days due to traffic
Cancellation policy
This tour is subject to a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so without charge by contacting us up to 24 hours in advance of your expected departure time.

only bad part is that you can’t take any pictures and it takes 15 to wall from the palace to the exit
Excelente el servicio del guía de Warner Studios. El chofer del autobús fue puntual y amable. Muy fácil de llegar y regresar Lo único es que la guía que nos llevó al parque no traía las entradas listas y eso éramos más de media hora, llegamos antes de la gente y entramos cuando ya había gente. Eso se puede mejorar
Es war Alles überwältigend. Der Tower die ganzen Schätze muß man gesehen haben. Wahnsinn.

Fountain Show is running from April to October on Saturdays and Sundays. Musical Garden Show is running from April to June and from September to October on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. While from July to August is running from Tuesday to Friday.
