Great overview of Barcelona with an amazing guide!
We had a great experience on the Barcelona in 1 Day tour! The pickup service was convenient, and the tour provided a comprehensive overview of Barcelona, helping us decide where to spend more time during the rest of our trip. There was also plenty of time to grab food and drinks. Our guide, Nilo, was fantastic! Her English was excellent, and she shared lots of interesting information with enthusiasm. Even during a few hours of heavy rain, she kept the energy high. She also texted us great recommendations for restaurants and flamenco experiences, which was a really thoughtful touch. We would definitely recommend this tour!
Pretty good
We had a great time visiting the sites and free time exploring on our own. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and such a warm person. Pick up at our hotel was really convenient too. The restaurant for lunch was pretty mid especially for the price in comparison to other restaurants in the area for the same price range though.
A Fantastic Tour in Barcelona.
The weather on the day was nothing like “sunny” Barcelona. However, we still managed to have a great day. Alina, our tour guide, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and shared many, many interesting facts with us. She is very personable and questions and requests were never a problem for her. I think the rainy day helped our group “bond” a little better because we had to huddle together under our ‘brollies’. (That’s Australian slang for umbrellas.) Alas we didn’t do the Park Guelph because of the weather, but that was not a fault of the tour organisers. I thoroughly recommend this activity to you should you be in Barcelona and, most definitely, ask to go on Alina’s tour.
Very Disappointing use another company
If most of your tour is cancelled due to bad weather, be aware this company will not refund you even when they knew the day before. Our tour was full of very upset people as if they had been notified the day before and given the opportunity to cancel they could have booked another tour. Alot of them have now missed out. The tour was meant to be an 8 hour tour but it lasted 3 and a half hours due to the closures of both the Park Guell and Sagrata Famili.
Do not use as they are not Honest!
The main reason we booked this tour was to see the two main attractions. The company knew the day before that these two attractions were cancelled due to weather. We should’ve been offered the opportunity to cancel as they knew 24 hours. But what happened is that they did not notify us and they chose to go ahead with the tour giving us a 3 1/2 hour tour instead of an eight hour tour. We were offered absolutely no refund not even a partial refund. The tour guide was very good but the company is not very forgiving. I would not recommend going with these guys.
