Traveler reviews
First was lovely and...
First was lovely and accommodating! I am a pescatarian and she helped me identify options that worked for me! Sat out on a couple of the meat filled options but left the tour plenty full all the same!
Three hours we spent.
Ton was a great guide. He took us to busy streets and through back alleys. The food was really good and wide-ranging. The only challenge was the volume of food. By the end, we started sharing portions because we got so full.
Fabulous foodie tour with Terrific Ton
Come with an empty stomach! Terrific Ton introduced us to 15 different dishes at about 6 restaurants and food stalls over 3 hours. The food was delicious and varied in tastes. We visited places we would have walked past on our own. The area covered was fairly compact.
Must do!
Very informative. Lots of variety.
The Perfect Way to Experience Bangkok’s Chinatown
We had such a fantastic food tour through Bangkok’s Chinatown! It was the perfect way to experience Yaowarat—wandering through the lively streets, discovering places we never would have found on our own, and tasting an incredible variety of dishes along the way. Everything was delicious, and our guide did a wonderful job explaining the food, the neighborhood, and the history and culture behind what we were eating. The tour was fun, relaxed, informative, and very well organized. We left completely full and feeling like we’d experienced a side of Chinatown we never could have discovered by simply walking around on our own. One of the highlights of our time in Bangkok. Highly recommended!
