- 3rd &4th guests promoted discounted: ensuring that all participants share accommodations in a same room. Promotion price as what you see. Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants.
- What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
- Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
- In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily

Pretty lakes and amazing mountains. Worth to come to pay a visit.
Banff is worth to go. The trip is quite long and remember to prepare yourself for this type of coach journey. We didn’t join the meal package but it is not hard to find the food we wanted. The tour guide has tried his best to accommodate all tourist especially some difficult ones from the far east.

Read this if you don't speak Manderin...the Canadian Rockies are spectacular. This tour is 100% Chinese even though states English language Aviator/Trip Advisor and the tour company Jupiter Ledgend are misleading. I wish I had read deeper into other comments as others have noted previoulsy. Days 1/4 are catered to Chinese interersts to fill the travel time, days 2/3 are wonderful in the Rockies. Optional food service is not necessary as plenty of options with lots of variety.

Would of scored a 5 if a daily itinerary of where the bus was stopping so that those who had not prepaid meals could organise their own meals. Tour operator John tried his best to accommodate my dietary requirements with advice where to go but did not understand the requirements. Very busy long days but we got to see everything. Thanks John for translating everything to English and assisting us as best you could

The tour guide Dale is...
The tour guide Dale is very responsible and experienced and the driver is nice and professional. They did whatever they could to make it a pleasant journey for all of us, like special requests about meals. Long rides every day but they were manageable. It could have been better if there is regulation to minimize noise disturbances resulting from mobile phone usage (like playing video game, the use of speaker phone) on the vehicle.
