Unforgettable Scenery, Disappointing Tour Guide Experience
Overall, this was a wonderful day trip and a great way to experience some of the most beautiful places in the Canadian Rockies. The itinerary was well planned, and visiting Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and the other scenic stops made for an unforgettable experience. The transportation was comfortable, and everything was organized well , making it easy to enjoy the stunning scenery without worrying about the logistics. However, what needs improvement is the tour guide's approach. Throughout the day, there was constant emphasis on time pressure and warnings about falling behind, which took away from the relaxed experience many people expect on a sightseeing tour. There also seemed to be repeated encouragement to eat only at the restaurant associated with the tour, citing lack of time, even though some guests may have preferred other options. Another concern was the restriction on using the onboard bus washroom despite one being available. For a full-day tour, this can be inconvenient, especially for families, seniors, or anyone with medical needs. It also felt like the guide was primarily focused on finishing the tour and returning as early as possible, even though the day had started late because of the Canada Day parade in Banff. While staying on schedule is important, a little more flexibility and a more customer-focused approach would have made the trip even better. Would still recommend this tour because the destinations themselves are absolutely spectacular. Assuming there are other tour guides who do a better job on other days.

Awesome trip to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise
This a great company to book tours for Banff. It was easy booking via TripAdvisor. The team was very communicative from beginning to end. It made everything enjoyable. Martin was our guide and he’s the best one! He made it fun and informative at the same time. The driver (sorry I forgot his name), was great too. It was long a day but we loved every minute of it. The lakes of course are beautiful. We had enough time to explore the locations. Overall, a great trip from Jupiter Legend!
