This was an amazing tour! The waterfalls of course were the highlight but the mountain and camping were unforgettable. Our tour guide Dat was amazing and explained everything so well, really paid attention to our likes/dislikes w food, taught us so much about culture and even taught us some simple words in Vietnamese. Our driver was very professional and got us everywhere on time. Would recommend!

We had a great experience spending three days around Cao Bằng. The waterfalls and Eye Mountain are truly stunning—places that can’t be fully appreciated without seeing them in person. Camping was also a highlight and added to the overall experience. Our guide, Luan, spoke good English and was helpful, fun, and well organized, taking care of everything throughout the trip. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore an impressive, less touristy part of Vietnam with remarkable natural scenery. We totally recommend the 3 days and two nights to fully appreciate the nature and villages around!
Peaceful Riverside Retreat
If you want to unwind, this 3-day tour delivers tranquility. Early morning cuppa by the riverside, soft mist drifting among cascade levels, and gentle boat glide. Afternoon strolls along forest paths brought calm. Local meals of fresh fish and mountain greens were delightful. Homestay beds were comfy, and the entire itinerary balanced exploration with rest. This trip’s combo of trekking and boating was perfect for outdoor lovers. We hiked along limestone cliffs, explored hidden streams, and then boarded bamboo boats for a close-up view of the falls. The guide explained geology and ecology en route. Evenings were cozy in countryside lodging. Energizing days, informative guide, and thrilling nature scenes.

Beyond the waterfalls, the highlight was meeting Tay and Nung people in remote villages. We joined them for rice wine toasts and learned traditional weaving techniques. The waterfall tour itself was spectacular—powerful cascades, absorbing boat trip, and scenic forest walks. Comfortable lodging, warm hospitality, and a genuine cultural connection made every moment special.
