Know before you book
- A 25% deposit is required when you book your tour. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and helps us prepare your experience.
- We keep our tours private and limited to five guests.
- If weather makes it unsafe or unenjoyable to proceed, we’ll reschedule or offer a full refund.
Know before you go
- Plan to wear layers. The weather can change.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can start on time. Our guides plan each tour carefully, and this helps ensure you get the full experience.
- Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water bottle. A little preparation goes a long way to help you enjoy every moment.
- Tipping is never required but always appreciated. It goes directly to your guide, who works hard to make your experience memorable.

Cancellation policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. If you cancel more than 14 days before your tour, you’ll receive a refund for any additional payments. Cancellations made within 14 days of your tour are non-refundable, as guides and resources are already reserved. If My XO Adventures must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Our small group of 4, toured Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Devils Tower recently with Daniel which was absolutely fabulous. Daniel's genuine respect for the people in this area, together with a deep knowledge of its history makes for a one of a kind tour. We also toured Badlands with Dan (#2) and it was a wonderful journey of geological discovery. His knowledge and love for the land was obvious and we had a great introduction to this magnificent territory. A memorable holiday and we highly recommend My XO Adventures!
