Fun
Was great fun and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. And we have great recipes!!
Delicious dishes & best egg coffee
We had a wonderful time cooking with chef Kim and a small group of lovely people. Dishes were typically Vietnamese and tasted so good. Happy, that vegetarian options were offered. We will try the recipes at home…
Great day!
We had a great day at Rose Kitchen, visiting the local market and learning to cook Bun Cha, mango salad and egg coffee.
Must do experience
We completed the cooking class with Colin this morning and it has been such an incredible experience. It was such a fun filled insightful morning, one of the best things we have done since we were in Vietnam. The food was so tasty. We got picked up from our hotel at 9 and finished at 1:30. There was 11 people in our group.
Made with love, our fav spring rolls in Hanoi!
An awesome experience! We were picked up from our accommodation and given a quick market tour, were shown some of the local produce, then back to Roses Kitchen to get cooking! Trevor was awesome - talkative, funny, and did a really great job of getting the whole group involved and comfortable. We made bun cha, banana blossom salad, Hanoi style spring rolls (which we think were the best ones we tasted since being here!) and finished the meal with a coconut coffee and plum mangoes. We were a group of 4, who were combined with 2 other couples (so 8 total in the class) which was a good number, and there was plenty of food to go around at the end. Drop off back at the Old Quarter was easy. Would definitely recommend!
