Fabulous cooking experience
Spyros was an excellent chef teacher and guide in this cooking experience. Not only did I learn some cooking skills but I learned about Greek culture and food and the application of them to today’s food culture. Spyros was serious yet fun and I can tell he is a great mentor to up and coming chefs. He was kind to talk with our son Enious. Looking forward to coming back and eating in the artist.

Great evening of cooking and food was fabulous! Too much to eat actually so brought our spinach pie home for breakfast! Chef was amazing and explained all the ingredient choices, how to determine when to add thickeners, fold in ingredients and temper food....so good! We also had the wine pairings of local greek wines and they were a great compliment to the food choices! Great company to spend the night with and a wonderful rooftop view!

Fantastic Cooking experience in Athens with Chef Spidos
What an absolutely fantastic afternoon and evening. Our Shef Spidos was fantastic. So enjoyed his class, all his tips and food secrets, extra info re Greek history and culture. We have learned so much, laughed so much. We enjoyed the wine paring. Can definitely recommend it. Dinner at the end on the roof top looking at the Acropolis, FANTASTIC. Service was so good. Thank you very much.

Amazing experience! Our chef was so kind, told amazing stories and gave great tips for making our dishes. Would 100% recommend. Great for first night specifically, our chef gave so many amazing recommendations. I wish we had them when we started the trip!
