Nice Cooking class in Bari

Was a very informative and hands on cooking class. Learned how to use a manual pasta machine. We made 2 different kinds of pasta and one terimisu. Our tagliatelle pasta was served to us in a red marinara sauce and our other pouch pasta was served with a white sage sauce (was out of this world) then came our terimisu. We were given Prosecco during the class, which was a nice plus. The chef and his assistant were very knowledgeable and experienced. I found this class to be a very nice learning experienceand easy for solos. *Wish they had handouts instead of QR code for the recipes.

Fun night, great food, wonderful hosts! So glad we found this experience. We made 2 types of past and tiramisu for dessert! Can’t wait to try recipes at home.

Great experience

We had a great experience last night at this cooking class. Nice size group with the chef available to advice when needed. Guide was very friendly and helpful answering all questions. Good size portions and food and tasted delicious. Definitely worth booking when in Bari
