Was unhappy with pickup. Hard to find representative. Waited too long. Had to walk too far with luggage and 13 people. Did not pick us up in the regular pickup area.

Exceptional Service
I had to send a big thank you. It was my error that I scheduled my departure pick up for 2:30pm and not 12:30pm . I called to let them know my error and they immediately sent a driver within 20 minutes and I was able to catch my flight on time.
