Lack of professional protocols
Pickup was flawless. Driver and car were 5 out of five stars. Departing were were notified via text at 10:47am vis text the driver was on site. Test wasn’t noticed until 11:17. I stated were were coming down to the lobby immediately. The responding employee stated the driver left after multiple attempts to reach me. I had no missed calls, no instructions prior on instructions for departure. Just two texts. No apologies. No attempt to send another option, rather a simple “per our terms, the driver left”. If you chose this service make sure you do the common because they will not. I’m out $125. Hind site, we would’ve simply asked for a private car at the airport and the hotel for return and saved $170 overall. And I’m not new to private car services. This one simply has no professional protocols to see you safely to and from the airport. Choose wisely.

Alvin was the BEST! It was awesome hearing all about the history of Aruba. He was super friendly, on time, and helpful. The car (BMW) was perfect as well - clean, roomy, and cooled off. Would definitely recommend Kini Kini for airport transfers.
