Good travel service but boarding is a pain.

Ticketing was easy, pick up was on time, pier reception was good. However, as an older couple in our 70’s we did not expect to have to carry our luggage over uneven surfaces and across another 4 boats to reach our speedboat before boarding. Result: one strained back and one unhappy traveller!
