Bit of confusion on Pier

Transfer itself was very efficient & smooth. Good size boat with not many passengers on our transfer. Received an email & WhatsApp the night before with instructions which was very good. However on the day of transfer, we were at the meeting point and there was no representative from the company like we were told. Lots of the other companies on the pier did not know where we should wait either. Luckily for us we spoke to another representative from a different company & he told us where to wait & what boat to look out for. As I had tried calling & sent a WhatsApp to the company but had no response. This was the only thing that let the transfer down.
