Roach Infested.. do not recommend until it is treated
This boat is absolutely infested with roaches.. crawling in between the seats, floors, our bags, everywhere. It makes for a long 2 hours when you’re having to swat roaches off of you the entire time.
Not very satisfied
Fine crossing but this boat is really old. Inside it stinks and the chairs are old and some broken. All the luggage is down the aisle. We sat outside on the point that made the trip even more fun. We were also picked up 45 minutes late. Well informed about it when I apped that the driver was not there yet but we had 2 apps to be ready at 0815 and we stood. If you are not picked up until 0900 because others were late, then you are upset. Our anyway from phi phi to phuket was better.
Ferry to Kho Phiphi
The ferry is very good, departure on time, comfortable seats. Possibility of traveling upstairs for 200 baths more, with drink and snack included. The only downside is the air conditioning which is much too strong in the cabin!
Terrible experience
Absolutely appalling service. Driver 1.20 minutes late picking us up. Stressful as we were 30 mins arriving after ferry had left. Put onto a smaller boat to meet ferry in middle of ocean
Luxury travel
We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the pier. We'll organized and very friendly. On board we were offered the VIP option for 200THB per person, it include 2 small snacks, a small coke and a small water. It was amazing to sit in reclining leather chairs. Overall a really good experience.
