Loud, rushed and too many people

We went on the Angthong Marine Park tour today. It was not what we were expecting. On arrival in the Snorkelling spot, there were already 4 other big boats of many people there. It was crowded and rushed. They said we had 45 minutes, but by the time everyone actually got in the water, it was no more than 20 minutes. In addition, no guidance on where to snorkel for the best bits - actually, they guided us into the cave which had almost no coral, instead of sending us to the other side of the bay. The Emerald Lake is beautiful, but there were so many people and we were once again rushed along to make sure we kept to schedule. The lunch was ok, not amazing. The kayaking was in a stunning location, but once again, rushed along. We did not partake in the hike and enjoyed a swim at the beach at the next island instead. Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive. They were the only good thing about this tour. If you want a tour that is on a speedboat that you can't see out of, is loud and smells of fuel, and then be rushed through the whole day then this is the tour for you.

Great tour!

Very well organized, it has been a great day with 4 spots. Snorkeling was surprisingly good, than kayaking and lunch in a beautiful place, then the Emerald Lagoon and the last one with an amazing view point (or a nice white sandy beach for the less courageous 😁). Lunch is good and drinks are provided throughout the day.

Lovely excursion

We had a lovely day! Supplied with water and cold drinks all the time. Good thai lunch. The climbs were tough but well worth the effort. The team was friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend.

Great.... however the snorkelling was very disappointing

Snorkelling was extremely disappointing- a few nice fish- visibility poor . Other than that everything was great- great staff- great lunch- great canoe and hiking was good not for the faint hearted. Beautiful but the snorkelling was disappointing
