- Update August 9th: The flow of new lava at Litli-Hrutur has stopped, at least for the time being. The area is still smoldering and is fascinating to visit.

Wonderful experience and a great guide.
Our guide was wonderful he really made our trip to the volcanic eruption site truly memorable and so fascinating. The whole trip was smooth and on time our guide was so informative about everything Iceland he was also a very nice person and super friendly. The Blue Lagoon was amazing but I think for me when I next visit Iceland I would like to visit more natural springs with much less people but it was an amazing experience which I’m glad I did.
Good experience
Very good and complete experience to see everything in 1 day; it is worth paying what it costs because it is comfortable, but it was only available in English; I would have liked to have done it in Spanish.
Vulcanology and hot tub!!
Vjeran and Yarik were excellent.
Worth the money
Vjeran and yarik were great! We had a great time and learned so much about lava, and had plenty of time to also relax in Blue Lagoon. It was a great day. We appreciated having plenty of time for photos (and having Vjeran as a photographer!)
Surreal volcano hiking experience
Hiking the volcano was an incredible experience and one of the coolest things I’ve ever done in my life. Roman was a great guide, and he shared his videos of the eruptions in the sites we visited, which really brought it to life. I am glad I visited the Blue Lagoon, but I preferred other less commercialized hot springs that I visited elsewhere.
