• Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
• Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. Room Selection For parties exceeding four guests or for those desiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings.
• Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
• Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
• Booking Guidelines For parties exceeding four guests or those requiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings. To stay together on the same bus, provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
• For guests joining this tour, we offer complimentary airport transfers. No matter what time you arrive, you’ll be picked up without waiting for other passengers. If you require airport pick-up, please contact the tour operator in advance.
• Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
• Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
• Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
• What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
• Each guest is permitted to bring only one carry-on luggage item (maximum dimensions approximately: length 65cm × width 45cm × height 28cm or smaller, similar to a 26-inch suitcase).
• Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
• Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
• Rafting Restrictions in Grand Teton National Park Age Requirement: Children must be at least 5 years old. Weight Requirement: Participants must weigh at least 50 pounds.
• Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.
• Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
• Stargazing is subject to weather conditions and the moon's phases. The tour guide will strive to arrange the best time for observation. Thank you for your understanding, and please refer to the actual conditions during your visit.
• Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
• Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
• Important Notes East Gate Access: Opens on 05/02/2025. Before this date, attractions like Upper and Lower Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Canyon, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, and West Thumb Geyser will be inaccessible. South Gate Access: Opens on 05/10/2025. West Thumb Geyser remains inaccessible from 05/02 to 05/09/2025. Thank you for your understanding.
