A dream fulfilled
Best trip I've ever taken. Loved Peru!!! The service received by vipac was excellent: information, transfers, guides, accommodations, excursions. Highly recommended!!!
Excellent tour, accompanied by professional guides
A full tour from lime that includes several meals with excellent Peruvian cuisine, visits to the most interesting places always accompanied by a professional guide from Vipac. In our case I want to mention from Cusco to Aguas calientes and back to Cusco the work of our guide Ricardo Bejar, a professional well-disposed to solve any situation that arises no matter how small.
Spectacular attention!
Immaculate attention! Irreparable service provided! Punctual guides, polite and helpful. They explain the whole story in a clear and objective way. Excellent drivers. Very attentive translators. Highlight to the guides Daniel, Ursula. Just compliments to VIPAC.
QUALITY, EXPERIENCE, PROFESSIONALISMS, AND LOVE FOR WHAT IS DONE.
Excellent care during our trip, which lasted 13 days, starting in Lima where I was 6 days and ending in Cuzco where I spent my remaining 7 days. Unbeatable Hotel Quality (4 Hotels) with the best breakfasts and the most variable and highest quality Lunch and Dinner menus. Very good the Guides that accompanied us to all the tourist places, it should be noted that we had sun main guide who was responsible for guiding us with a Whats App 24 x 7 for any queries or inconveniences raised (we had an exclusive guide in Lima and another in Cusco, both with exemplary compliance). Unbeatable compliance with the schedules with 0 delay in all the commitments we had previously made, having all only days in our Whats app the schedules of the next day that we had to be available for our retreats from both hotels and airports. Special mention for the guides of the different excursions who demonstrated their ability, their knowledge and their empathy with the tourist, showing at all times their professionalism, accompanying us at all times and even both at the airport and in the hotels waiting for the Check In without problems before leaving.
Lima, Cusco, MachuPichu
My wife and I had a great time and VIPAC made the entire vacation a truly enjoyable experience. From hotel, train, bus and airplane transfers, VIPAC was there every time; they did a fantastic job. Our tour guides were well informed and made each days itinerary informative, enhancing the visit to a museum, archeological site, markets, and churches. I would use VIPAC again in a heartbeat, without question.
