For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Good to know
- Passport name, number, expiry date, and country are required at the time of booking for all participants. Failure to provide this information may result in the tour not being confirmed.
- When booking your flight from Lima to Cusco, it must be in the morning. Arrival by noon is too late.
- Upon time of booking, please provide flight itinerary for international flights and domestic flights
- Important: If you go suffer from altitude sickness, please bring medicine or ask your doctor for advice before you depart
- Important: The entrance time for Machupicchu is at 6:00 am in the morning, if this time is not available due to high demand, the available times will be provided.
- Guided in Bilingual service (guidance will be provided in Spanish or English)
- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

Very good service
Very good level of transporters and guides, Permanent attention through messages. The only thing that should improve the company is the realization of exceptions with the hotels by the times of check in and check out; for example we arrived in Lima at 8.00 hs and the check in is only at 13.00 hs. (compensates the day we withdrew from the hotel at night to go to the airport when the check out of the room was only at 12.00 hs the other day). It should be added that we are in a foreign country to ours and do not know how to perform in that span. Or in Cusco we arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm and had to leave the room at 9.00 am the other day, being that they just came to pick us up to take us to the airport at 7.00 pm, clarifying that the payment of the difference to stay in the room was quite onerous for us. Fortunately the hotel staff was always very good.
