0We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, Master card, American Express) or bank transfer (Wire transfer fees at the charge of the Guest). There is no charge or service fee for processing credit card payments except with American Express +3%. For any cancellation, the following fees will be deducted from the refund : 60+ days > 20€ fee per person 59 to 30 days prior to arrival - 30% of the overall price (deposit) 29 to 15 days prior to arrival - 75% of the overall price 14 days or less prior to arrival - no refund

the supplier cancelled the tour at 1.5 days before the date of tour and kept pushed us to change it to another, which I explained over 30 mins that my colleague and I could not made another day, due to the company meeting with client on the supplier's available dates. It was not only ruined our plan / day-off, but also the attitude of supplier's customer service was very bad. At the end of the conversation, the customer service of supplier confirmed that will make a full amount refund to me / my credit card in 2-3 weeks, but not willing to provide email nor whatsapp message with black and white evident. And now, one month past, but I still not receive my payment.
amazing, it was a last minute booking for us and so glad we did it, our guide Lena was amazing and we got to see 3 different villages in dordogne, a lovely relaxing boat ride, it really was fab
