- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers may join if they are under 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.
- Please double-check your booking details (name and contact info), as any errors may result in additional personal costs.
- Hotel rooms are designed for 1-4 guests, offering: Two Full/Double beds or One King/Queen bed (based on availability).
- You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned: 7:00 AM at Red Lobster, Times Square--5 Times Sq #5, New York, NY 10036.
- Discounted tour rates apply to the 3rd and 4th guests sharing the same room. Admission fees, service fees, and other mandatory costs apply to all travelers at full price.
- For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.
- Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
- For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
- Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain winter departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.
- For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a valid and reachable phone number is required for participants.
- U.S. Niagara Falls Boat Tour October 3 – November 2: Operates daily Last operating day: Sunday, November 2 Please check the operating schedule carefully when planning your visit. If you have purchased boat tickets for dates when the service is not available, kindly contact your tour operator for a refund.
- Watkins Glen State Park, Maid of the Mist or Old Fort Niagara State Park are seasonal attractions, only visit in the season.

I had an amazing 3-day tour experience at with our tour operator and guide Mathew. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, making the trip smooth and stress-free. Mathew was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all the places we visited. He explained the history and interesting facts in a fun and engaging way, and he always made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying the tour. The itinerary was perfectly planned, covering the major attractions while still giving us enough time to enjoy and take photos. His punctuality, patience, and positive attitude really made the experience memorable. I highly recommend this tour operator and especially Mathew to anyone planning a trip to Niagara Falls.
