Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 1080 days before the activity starts

If you cancel your tour more than 45 days before departure time, you are eligible for a Flexi-deposit. If you cancel between 45 and 22 full days before departure time, a 25% cancellation fee occurs (75% refund). If you cancel 21 days or less prior to departure time, there will be no refund.
