- Please read carefully: If you only purchased the Maid of the Mist boat ride ticket, you will go to the attraction and visit on your own. This option does not include the full-day roundtrip tour from/to New York City. The confirmation voucher, along with detailed ticket redemption instructions, will be issued by our staff within 24 hours prior to your selected travel date. Guests are kindly advised to check their registered email address or platform message inbox one day before departure to ensure timely receipt of all necessary information.
- If you select the “Maid of the Mist Boat Ride Only” option, please note that it includes only the boat ride ticket at Niagara Falls. It does not include the 2-day tour, hotel stay, round-trip transportation from New York City, or driver/guide services.
- You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned:07:00Departure Manhattan: Red Lobster, Times Square；5 Times Sq #5, New York, NY 10036
- For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.
- By selecting an option and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the tour's full product description, including all details about itinerary, included and excluded fees. Your payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
- Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Coach buses usually do not need one, but winter tours using vans/minivans may. Please contact the operator in advance if needed; rental available on request.
- Hotel rooms accommodate 1–4 guests with either two double beds or one king/queen bed (subject to availability). For groups over 4 or needing multiple room types, please book separately and provide all confirmation numbers after booking.
- Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
- Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and water for hydration. A valid reachable phone number is required for safety and trip communication.
- For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.

Niagara short jaunts on the 250 years celebration 4th of July
It was our first time to book in this website and clueless how is the trip will go in 2 days going to Niagara. First, I encounter to change my location of pick up at midnight hour and they were able to change it right away, pick up time was superb no delay, the tourist guide was responsive and give a clear instruction, he has great humor and fast to handle situation. Big group of different race mostly from Asia yet Mason-our tour guide, took responsibility of all the situations occured during our tour in the group but overall he was awesome and did a good job. Admission fee was a fair enough just to avoid on the lines, atmosphere is big group thats a bit hard to handle, downside only is a little bit tricky and puzzled of his chinese english but kinda sense what he meant. Over all was great and highly recommend Mason and deserve a great appreciation.
Niagara falls
The trip was soo fun. Niagara is a must visit place for anyone at least once .. i went via bus. Our guide mason took care of us . He made fun and he is really a good guy.our driver made sure to drive us safe while going and coming back home .. the accommodation was good
2Days trip to Niagara
Hi this is my third trip with this company. As a solo traveller I couldnt be happier to have the opportunity to travel in safety and comfort.My guide was Mason who brought such good energy to the trip.He made the trip so fun who was exceptional in every way. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. A great destination paired with a great guide made for a truly memorable trip.

What a wonderful trip. Name and praise the treasure guide Mason🥳 Fun and humorous, especially will mobilize atmosphere, route planning is reasonable, also help us find good places to take photos, solve various small problems. Play with him and be happy, the feeling of experience fills up!
Great trip but!!!!@
I had a lot of fun ! Our tour guide peng was amazing . However, the hotel room that supposed to be ans upgrade and it was much more expensive big disappointment the view was to a horrible parking lot not to the falls and the hotel was dirty and smelly. My room was good thought. Disappointment in that way . The rest was very nice a little too fast but we saw a lot.
