- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

Wonderful Peru
Once at the destination, our travel companion was Vipac šµšŖāØ They accompanied us throughout the entire journey and the truth is that it has been a real pleasure. At all times we felt very accompanied, cared for, and attended to. š Special mention to Sline, our guide during the Arequipa and Colca stage. They were super attentive to us and, thanks to their advice, we even learned to better combat altitude sickness. In addition, they have incredible knowledge about the culture and history of the area and were always attentive to our needs. š We also want to highlight Ronald, our driver, for his great professionalism and for making us feel so safe during the trips. š Miguel accompanied us on the tour around Cusco and we enjoyed the experience very much. Very approachable and attentive at all times. šļø And, of course, Lizandro, who accompanied us on our visit to Machu Picchu. They gave us a super complete and detailed explanation, but at the same time knew how to give us our space to enjoy the place. They helped us with the photos, answered all our questions, and made our visit to Machu Picchu even more special. ā¤ļø In short, we highly recommend Vipac. A dream trip
In general terms, the entire organization and the proposal were excellent. The Puno and Machu Picchu experience was incredible. The hotels were very good, well located, and comfortable. The people were very kind and attentive. Customer service responses were very good. To be improved: city tour giving more time for photos and less for churches. They focus almost exclusively on the churches. Review transfer times in Lima due to traffic, especially to the airport. Hotel in Aguas Calientes, the location next to the tracks should not be considered.
