Itinerary
Pass by: Board a comfortable coach in central Zurich (Sihlquai Bus Station) to begin your city tour.
Pass by: Your guide will talk about the city's history and point out landmarks including the castle-like Swiss National Museum, the luxurious shopping street Bahnhofstrasse, and the renowned financial district.
Enjoy a brief stop at the picturesque Lake Zurich, then move on to the university quarter with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and Zurich's art museum.
Pass by: Tour distinguished districts with stately mansions from glorious times past and convince yourself of the high standard of living on the threshold of the popular Zürichberg recreational area. Look out for the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, whose most famous student and professor was Albert Einstein, and Zurich's art museum.
Take a stroll around Old Town (Altstadt) with your guide and see the houses of the guilds that once dominated the city's political and cultural life. Have your camera ready to take photos of the largest clock face in Europe -- located on St Peter's Church -- and the gorgeous stained-glass windows of Fraumünster Church designed by artist Marc Chagall.
Travel along the 'Gold Coast' to Meilen, where you will board the ferry to cross Lake Zurich to Horgen.

The tour was wonderful....
The tour was wonderful. Featured a balance of city and nature which my husband and 8-year old daughter really enjoyed. We especially liked that the tour wasn’t long and tedious - I think it did the trick to adjusting us to the time change after having just arrived in Zurich.
Best of Zürich tour
It’s okay, but not my favorite tour in Zurich. The highlight was the gondola ride and the restaurant at the top. The view was amazing from the patio of the restaurant.

This tour gave a good overall sightseeing experience of Zurich. I found the commentary by the guide was a little too much towards the political side of Zurich & Swizerland rather than the interesting history of Zurich, which some other tour operators focus on.
