YANAKA home cooking experience, You can feel the atmosphere of home cooking in downtown Tokyo style. Cocking Instructor of Ms. Yajima was born in YANESEN area, she love cocking of Tokyo local style, also she has cocking instructor experience, she can instruct in English.
This program, which makes the taste of ordinary households together, is very popular with foreign guests. Because it is performed in a small house that looks like the real YANAKA. and there is MATCHA tea ceremony room in house, you can see and feel the traditional Japanese atmosphere. if you want to experience of tea ceremony, we can arrange for you.(additional charge need 5,800JPY/person). also, our small house is located at 100 meters from Yanaka Ginza, you can enjoy it in combination with a walk in YANESEN area!
You will be able to find the real YANESEN homely cocking and your loving a style of YANESEN area !!

Shall we start preparation with madam Yajima, She instruct you with easy way in her experience and knowledge. also, we teach you fish dishes(fillet-it-yourself), how to grilled Teriyaki, how to arrange Okonomi-yaki !!
Basic preparation of homely style cooking. We are using Japanese original foodstuff. you can find your new cooking idea and method.
Also,You can try Japanese lunch box "BENTO"= lunch box, which is very balanced lunch style, each items are so nice colored, when it will be opened, healthy and so yummy.
At Yanaka small home, you will be able to cooking with Tokyo local style.also, you can eat yours cooking items. Our house has tea ceremony room.
You can feel Japanese hospitality method. please try to sit in the tea ceremony room. if you want try tea ceremony. please tell us your request.(additional fee required)
