Good to know
- Windsor Castle is closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and December 25–26; on these dates you'll have free time to explore the town of Windsor instead. St George's Chapel is closed on Sundays, with extra time to explore the castle precincts. If the State Apartments are occasionally closed, your tour may visit the precincts, St George's Chapel (except Sundays), or Queen Mary's Dolls' House instead.
- Download the free 'Stonehenge Audio Tour' app in advance from your app store, or use it on site, where audio guides are available in 12 languages.
- The order of the visit may change. Between October and March, the tour usually visits Windsor then Stonehenge, with Bath as the last stop.
- After the tour, you'll be dropped off near Gloucester Road (London Underground Station) at approximately 8:30 PM.
- During low season, the tour may also stop in the village of Lacock, a Harry Potter filming location.
Traveler reviews
Richard was lovely! ...
Richard was lovely! 3 places is too much. Bath + Stonehenge is sufficient. Windsor can be its own thing. Not enough time to tour the cities, eat, or appreciate the culture/moment…
1999 do over
Our trip was exceptionally led by our Tour Leader, John and conveniently provided by our driver Robert. They were professional, thoughtful, and accommodating every step of the way. John’s wealth of knowledge and recommendations made the experience personable. The bus was clean and the AC was perfect. They cultivated a friendly ambiance for the entire family. We recommend the experience, A+!
Windsor, Stonehenge, Bath
Great tour, great guide (Steve). This tour should be a two day tour to allow more time to sightsee
A perfect day outside of London
Steve was an excellent guide. Having led tours for the past 26 years, he had fascinating stories about almost everything. He knew the perfect time to arrive in Windsor so we could avoid long queues, and he shared so many interesting facts about the famous people who lived in Bath. His knowledge, experience, and sense of humor made the tour truly enjoyable. We had a fantastic day and would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide Steve made this trip awesome!!
Steve was amazing! He provided a history of the places we saw. Would say that the commentary of places we passed and history of those was even more interesting. He gave clear instructions on what to expect when starting the vist. That help us planning the breaks and food. On the other hand we have had a few hiccups with initial booking and experience with Viator. We initially booked a different trip. 3 days before the trip I went to the site and noticed we had some msges explaining our trip was canceled. Upon a few calls to customer service we were able to book this tour on the same day.
