Confusing pick up locations
My husband and I went with our two young children and did not enjoy this. It was terribly confusing to figure out where to pick up the buses. And the routes did not match what we signed up for. We spent half an hour trying to figure out where to catch our bus. Then when we got off and back on at buckingham palace, the route was meant to take us to the Tower of London but didn’t, it cut that part off of the “blue” route. Then we were told to hop off and get on a red route bus but couldn’t find where the bus was meant to pick you up by the horse guard and ended up having to give up and take an uber to the tower. When you book the tour online there needs to be much more specific info as to the pick up locations and times. The map on the ap was not clear for the pick up locations either. We missed out on 3/4 of the experience as we were frustrated and confused and had to give up on the bus.

We had the pleasure of having Emma as our guide for the trip from Westminster to buckingham palace. She was a wealth of information, friendly, accommodating and a generally nice person. So glad to have had the opportunity to meet her
