Live tour guide
Emma was a fantastic tour guide, we really enjoyed our visit.
Not good
The worst experience with customer service
Great tour with Live Guide
Thank you to Mark and Ozzie. Smooth ride from Oz and a great live guide with Mark. 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sights of London and the stories behind it all. 5 stars for a live guid*****
Good but needs better info on last buses
The drivers were really friendly and helpful when asking for information or directions, the buses were regular, however our issues came at the end of the day, we needed a red route bus to get back to King’s Cross but when it arrived, we were told it was only going to Marble Arch and there were no further buses, we had to pay £30 to get us back to the station in a taxi. So a good service but it should be made clearer about the last buses
Do the hop on hop off
Hop on hop off is the way to go! Good guides and you get a good overview. The biggest problem is it took forever to get from point a to point b.
