Plantation tours

Danveeka was a great driver as well as very knowledgeable about the area. She provided information about NOLA history and pointed out some cool things about the trees that grow here.

Oak Alley and Whitney Plantation Tour

Took the Oak Alley and the Whitney Plantation Tours with Shaniyra on Sunday June 21. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our day. Miss Shaniyra is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Both tours were great, being African American, I enjoyed the Whitney tour more. It tells this horrible history from the slave's perspective. If you can only do one tour, I recommend the Whitney.
