Don’t trust viator’s time. It’s wrong. Check with the provider. R
The activity was amazing. Joy ride raft was the best crew. I’ll take 1 star away for Viator. Not for ocean rafting Joyride team. Viator gave us the wrong pick up time at 10AM. But ocean rafting had us booked for 8:45AM. We weren’t ready by that time when they came to pick us up but we had to hustle to get ready or else we’d have missed the activity. Viator’s pickup time is incorrect and so bad. Made the family rush through things and get ready in 5 mins. Thankfully we didn’t miss out on the activity and ocean rafting team was kind enough to accommodate us. Overall great activity and loved snorkeling and white sand beach. Best place on the planet.
Wonderful Whitsundays🏝
We had Chris, Georgia and Tali for our Whitehaven excursion and they were wonderful! Great energy and lovely tourguides. The views were spectacular and so thrilled our weather turned out perfectly. I would have loved more thrills and speed while driving to our destinations, but great trip. Thanks gang!
Fantastic day out ... a must do in The Whitsundays
Fantastic day , well organised, great fun . Everything provided other than a towel. Captain and deck hand very friendly , pick and drop off provided . Food was good .

Awesome trip, crew and sites, was unreal! Paige, josh & Matt were awesome, & we even got to see some whales breaching, highly recommend!
Best staff on the Whitsundays
This tour is the best by far in the Whitsundays. Ocean Rafting has perfected the balance with their staff experience, knowledge, confidence & fun. We felt completely looked after at all times. Paige gave us clear instructions and made the whole day so much fun. We love Paige!!! Everyone on the tour had such a fantastic day we could not recommend this tour more! Tip: bring a warm jacket for the ride home and expect to sing along to some great music!!!!
