Full description
A group tour means sharing your guide with strangers and hoping your questions get answered before time runs out. This private tour skips that: skip-the-line entry into Westminster Abbey, a private guide, and two and a half hours where the pace and the questions are entirely yours. See royal coronation history, centuries-old tombs, and a corner dedicated to Britain's greatest writers and thinkers, all guided by an expert who can go as deep as you want into any of it.
Begin in a historic square surrounded by the Houses of Parliament and the UK Supreme Court, home to bronze statues of some of the world's most influential statesmen. Your guide points out the figures who shaped modern democracy before Westminster Abbey comes into view, the site of every coronation for nearly a thousand years.
Skip the line inside and head to one of the only spots where photography is allowed. Your guide shows you the chair used at every coronation for the past 900 years, along with the grave of a single unknown soldier, the only tomb in the building no one is permitted to walk across.
Continue into the main hall and toward the altar where royal weddings and state ceremonies have unfolded for centuries. Your guide walks you through centuries of architectural change within a single building, then past a handful of royal tombs, chosen based on how busy the day is.
The visit closes in a corner of the building dedicated to the people who shaped the country's ideas rather than its throne. Ask about anyone memorialized here, and your guide can go as deep as you'd like, with no one else waiting for their turn.

If you’re reading this, book it now! You’ll be one of the first on the boat and get the best spot before anyone else. Daniela (aka “Daniel”) treated us exceptionally well from start to finish. Her knowledge of the falls and the stories behind them was the perfect balance of informative and entertaining. She keeps you laughing throughout the tour and enjoys the experience right alongside you as if it were her first time seeing it. 10/10 — I would recommend this tour to anyone. As an added bonus, our group had only four people, which made the experience absolutely incredible and much more personal. Thanks again, Daniel! 😉
