Terrible customer service from Baker Street Golden Tours office. Would recommend to try to find a different way to get to Warner Bros Studios instead of traveling with Golden Tours
The Studio was great, the...
The Studio was great, the bus was fine (it got the job done). The bus was pretty dirty, and the screens were either broken or extremely glitchy, which made the movie unwatchable. But the studio experience itself was great. We definitely had enough time to see everything and shop.
Harry Potter tour
A fun full time if you're a Harry Potter fan! Lots to do and see! Would have liked a little more time. The tour has specific pick up and return times. Budget your time so you're not racing through the last parts of the tour. Worth the visit!
The visit is worth the cost... despite the poor service delivered by the tour operator.
I'm really disappointed by the organization and will not recommend this operator to anyone. For context, I missed the email which was only sent early in the morning giving me the precise location where to find the bus departing to the studio. As a result, I missed my departure time, couldn't call anyone but only chat with a bot while wandering in the streets with my kids crying... and even though I eventually managed to take another bus at another time, it has been super stressful as an overall experience - which is what we're in fine expecting as a service vs. a simple trip in bus to the studio. I was coming from France just for that...
