Andrea was our guide and driver and she did a magnificent job. She was very knowledgeable and paid attention to her guests and made recommendations catered to their needs. The tour is just the right amount of time to see Butchart Gardens, which is a must see bucket list item. Victoria is beautiful as well with many shops and eateries. Well worth the price!

Gardens were amazing. Victoria was neat too. Steve the driver was very informative and funny. He had great stories.
Nightmare to Vancouver Island
First they said pick up was 8am. The day before we got a message saying pickup was 7.15 and to get there 10 minutes before. So we arrived at the pickup at 7am and the driver arrived at 7.45. So we missed the ferry to Victoria. Ended up getting on the ferry at 10am. Long story short, a 13 hour day turned into a 16 hour day. No compensation. No apology from the tour company. I would never recommend anyone to do this tour. The bus was faulty. No aircon at first. No PA. Half the seats were broken, and no seat belts. It really was a comedy of errors. It took us more time to do a day trip to Vancouver Island, than it did for us to fly from Sydney to Vancouver! I hate leaving bad reviews, but honestly, this one deserved it. Despite the guide making the best for us. I don’t know why anyone would do this. A total waste of a day for 1.5 hours at the lovely Butchart Gardens……..
Did the tour on the bus...
Did the tour on the bus then the ferry over to Vancouver island and back. Very long day but the Butchart gardens were worth it.
