Itinerary
Pass by: Departure from downtown Vancouver to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal to board BC Ferries. Included is all transportation by coach.
Enjoy a 90-minute ferry ride between Vancouver and Victoria. Sail through the serene beauty of the Gulf Islands. Marine wildlife sightings from the outdoor ship decks are common, especially eagles, sea lions and whales.
Arrive at Swartz Bay terminal on Vancouver Island and continue to the enchanting botanical paradise of Butchart Gardens. Wander through a series of themed gardens, highlighted by the massive Sunken Garden and dancing fountain. The gardens have been designated a National Historic Site of Canada.
The City of Victoria boasts many impressive architectural wonders, including the iconic Parliament Buildings and the waterfront Fairmont Empress Hotel. Visit the unique shops and cafes of Government Street and Chinatown. Stroll along the Inner Harbour for prime ocean views, and enjoy some free time to take in this culturally significant city. We allow ample free time in Victoria to explore.
Later in the afternoon, return to Vancouver onboard BC Ferries once again.
Pass by: Return to downtown Vancouver (or surrounding area) this evening.

Victoria tour
We had the good fortune of having Jason Southern as our guide for our Victoria Canada tour. Jason was well-versed in the area and it's history. He was personable and made the trip fun and entertaining. We highly recommend westcoast sightseeing and especially Jason.
No show pickup. Tour operator didn't show. When I contacted them they said they changed the pickup point.
Do not rely on this tour operator to inform you of a change in pickup point. They claimed that they sent me a text. They did not. the only message I received was from Viator at 7:30 the same morning confirming the original time (9:30) and place for pickup. I called the tour operator at 9:35. I was then informed that the pickup location had changed but if I wanted to join the tour I could pay my own way to the ferry terminal and the ferry ride to Victoria, meet the tour guide at the pursors office to join the tour on the ferry. My costs would then be reimbursed at a later date by the tour operator. At that point I declined and requested a refund. Viator should use a more reliable tour operator for this tour. I have used Viator numerous times without any problem. Unfortunately this unreliable tour operator managed to ruin a long planned trip.

Our tour guide, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, engaging and fun. He made the full the day trip informative as well as enjoyable throughout. This tour was well worth the money
The gardens are a must see !
A beautiful ferry ride through the Salish Sea & plenty of time a walk through & enjoy the gardens. A short stop in town to see some sites. Alex was great!

Our bus driver guide JASON SOUTHERN made the trip for all of us SO MUCH FUN! Great touring through Vancouver as Jason pointed out important places, people and animals (Bald eagles)!!! Jason really really cared about all of and made sure we didn’t miss a thing! He even recommended a great restaurant in Victoria , the FLYING OTTER which was so good and had such a great view!!! Jason also told us the major parts of Butchart Gardens to see and he was so right!!! Don’t miss the Sunken Garden which was so spectacular- just so beautiful it is beyond words! The entire event was great because of Jason- for first-time visitors you need Jason to feel safe and comfortable and totally taken care of!!! We didn’t miss a thing!!!! Thank you Jason! Such a fun time and great tour!!!!
