Not that interesting
Shockingly boring. Lots of walking!! The opulence and grandeur was just not that interesting. The tour guide spoke excellent English but was rather flat and boring. It was very hot. The air conditioned van ride was good. We were able to walk right in and skip the line. In addition, the palace smells like cat piss. The guide explained that bathing rarely happened back in the day and it still smells like funk. Yikes! I was too exhausted to spend much time in the gardens. But they are very beautiful with a long view.
Excellent way to see Versailles
I attempted to book only small group tours and this was a very wise choice. The guide and the driver made the day enjoyable. I think that this is a great way to see Versailles. All I had to do was get to the meeting location and they took care of everything else.
Lovely Giverny
There are lots of tourists at this site, as in all tourist attractions, but it still is lovely. The flowers are beautiful. Our guide was informative and fun.
The guide was very educational and entertaining. Versailles is very pretty but it doesn't have any user-friendly signage. Even so it is worth it

The small group tour to Versailles is the way to go..our guide was informative and pleasant. The Palace was beautiful, but the gardens were breathtaking..I thoroughly enjoy my tour..thank you!
