Very good punctuality at the meeting points
Verona and Venice, very quickly
Highly recommended excursion if you have little time to see Venice and Verona. Perhaps because of the little time, you go very quickly in both cities. The guide, Rebeca, is an "amore," charming and very, very professional.
Not recommended for Indians
Worst experience ever. No coordination. Was on time but could not find the guide or people anywhere. Called to check and was rejected the trip even though time was 7AM which is still ok. No refund given. Horrible experience as I tried to frantically search for them. Would NOT recommend.
