Itinerary
Your experience begins in the historic center of Verona, at Teatro Ristori. Here you’ll meet your guide and join a small group (maximum 8 people) before boarding a comfortable minivan. From this point, your journey into the wines of Verona begins, exploring everything from Valpolicella to the renowned Amarone.
Your first stop is a small, family-run winery that offers an authentic and personal experience. You’ll meet the producer, discover how the wine is stored and aged, and enjoy a guided tasting of four wines. During the tasting, the winemaker will share insights into the unique characteristics and traditions behind each label.
You’ll then continue to a second winery, also family-run but with a more modern approach. Here, you’ll meet the producer and explore the different areas of the cellar before starting your tasting. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of four wines, allowing you to compare styles and deepen your understanding of the Valpolicella region.

Traveler reviews
One of our trip highlights!
We truly enjoyed our wine tour to two different wineries in wine country near Verona! There were only 3 guests on this tour so it was very intimate and easy to ask questions. Our guide, (Alessandra), was very knowledgeable and explained the wineries and processes very well to us ahead of time as we were driving to give us insight to what we were seeing. The pours were nice and they had little snacks to accompany the tasting. We are very glad we booked this experience!
Amarone vineyard tour
Very interesting and well organized tour. Serena was very informative on the coach trip and then we saw how amarone wine was produced which is very different. We tried plenty of different red wines and it was very enjoyable.
Wine tasting at two wineries.
Excellent trip. The only issue was the early start 09.00 hours. We don’t normally drink wine as early as 10.30 hours.
Great tour!
Great tour! Stefano was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the wines we tasted as well as all processes. We learned a lot and met some great people.
Highly recommend
Firstly our guide Stefano was excellent. The wineries we went to & the wines were superb. Family owned small wineries, not large mass produced ones. Learnt a bit of history which was interesting but not boring. Highly recommend.
