Great trip
Our pilot Sam gave us a great ride. It was informative and we saw some amazing views of natural beauty along with great views of the Vegas strip. I’d recommend this tour strongly.
Not the best experience just average
It was just ok compared to a previous experience over the Grand Canyon and tours in Hawaii and the Caribbean The tour operator ran late - and provided a bottle of wine as an apology. The headsets on the helicopter were useless for communication and the pilot was made aware of this - perhaps that is why he rarely spoke during the flight. We couldn’t hear the music that was apparently playing - all passengers experienced the same issue - I asked. On previous flights I have taken the pilot was the tour guide and shared insight about what we were flying over - not this time. Again he shared no details except when we were on the ground and asked. The safety videos were only shown to the four passengers that arrived on time - late comers were allowed to bring their purses out to the helicopter and didn’t have to lock them in the lockers provided inside the tour facility. Staff inside the facility was friendly and offered water while we waited. Obviously the views of the landscape are lovely and the best way to see this area is by helicopter in my opinion. But the next time, I will look for a tour operator with better communication tools onboard and hope for a more engaging pilot.
I have a booking for...
I have a booking for another trip, but only have seats for Grand Canyon . But it’s a good company and good service
“Breathtaking Views, Painful Seating”
Reminder it is a helicopter. Seating 4 in rear seat is cramped. Limited leg room and having to adjust upper body to allow room for others. The pilot and staff were friendly. Also would advise calling service after making reservations online. Due to online over booking, I was forced to purchase a more expensive package.
Peaceful, luxurious awe
As a first timer, this helicopter tour surpassed my expectations. Our pilot (Christine) was personable and knowledgeable which is a fantastic combo for a tour. The landing was fantastic as we awed at the beauty while we sipped champagne and took amazing photos. The hotel pick-up/drop-off made this trip seamless. Five Stars!
