A Fun Experience

What I want to address is the following: I was charged a $25 extra fee because I was solo. The website should put a note in it stating that a charge will be put.

Niagara Falls

Walking tour was supposed to be at 10 am. No tour guide showed up. Unable to speak to anyone. Emailed and was told they moved our time to 8:30 pm. Not acceptable. Cici the taxi driver that took us to the jet park was professional and friendly. The jet boat was fun but only 6 miles was a bit disappointing for the price. Will not recommend.’

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We signed up for the wet tour, but at the last minute decided to do the dry tour. Staff accommodated us. It was a lot of fun

SCAM

Do not purchase this tour! This was 100% falsly described! There was nothing in the description that matched our experience yesterday. The company sent a taxi to pick us up at the meeting point. This was after I sent a message looking for our guide. The driver was able to get a hold of someone from the company who then told me we could meet a group at the Hardrock Cafe at 8:45 pm if we wanted to do a walking tour. I am trying to get my money back but I am not convinced they will give me a refund.
