An amazing place to enjoy with the family.
Universal Orlando Resort exceeded our expectations. My children loved every park, the excitement, the rides, and the entire experience. We didn't have enough time to see everything, especially some parks we missed, so we'll definitely be back in the summer to continue enjoying it. It's a destination that combines fun, adventure, and unforgettable family moments. Highly recommended.

Tickets at the box office
I bought the tickets at the box office and they were 45 dollar more expensive each than online via their own website. Ridiculous, I needed 4 tickets so it ended up being 180 dollars more expensive.

Epic Fail at Epic Universe
Very disappointed. Took my 8 year old for his birthday. The stay at the Grand Helios was beyond my expectations. Early entry in to Epic Universe (9 am) assuming that we would get ahead of the busy crowds and ride the Harry Potter ride. The ride was delayed and not working. The announcement every 15 minutes or so made you believe that it would be operating but after waiting in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes the opening 10 am crowd arrived and we all continued to wait. We were al then told that the ride was not working and told to exit. Early entry epic fail! Now the 10 am crowd were in all of the lines at the park with waits up to 120 minutes. Children and families went from excitement and looking forward to a magical day to frustration and annoyed. And it only got worse. Many of the rides were delayed and not running throughout the day. We were then told because it was a new opening park that they were “working out the kinks”. Sign displayed that the light show was down also. Very expensive price to pay for nothing to be operating with delays, long waits, and overcrowding. I would like to say THANK YOU to an employee named AVA. She saw the extreme disappointment on my son’s face and went out of her way to make it magical. Ava is beyond a 5 star employee. She stepped up in ways that no one else would! She took him to the How To Train a Dragon store helped him pick his magical dragon and the hatching ceremony. Ava then took him to the show and gave him front row seats. His smile was so huge! Thank you park employee AVA. You are truly one of a kind gentle, loving angel. ❤️

Great. Park was clean. People who worked there were always helpful and friendly. A very fun time.
Everything was well organized and clean. Entertainment in the park was top notch especially The Blue's Brothers. Rides were very fun . A great day.
