Fab for families!
This is our family’s second time doing the RIB boat and we loved it! The staff, Dennis and George, were awesome and our kids said they would have given it “ten thumbs up” if they had that many thumbs!
DIRE RECEPTION - EXHILARATING RIDE
The woman on reception was on her phone when we arrived and brusquely checked us in before returning to her phone. When she explained to the group the safety measures she was officious, automated and scolding, and made us feel like kids who were going to misbehave. There was no sense of welcome, rapport and genuine human interaction. A humanoid would have performed better. Need for some further training, oversight and incentivisation. The Rib experience was brilliant, exhilarating and enjoyable. The crew were excellent.
DIRE RECEPTION - EXHILARATING RIDE
The woman at the reception was on her phone when we arrived, brusquely checked us in and told us to wait, while she returned to her phone. When she instructed the group about the life jackets, her manner was unwelcoming, automated and officious. We felt we were being told off before having done anything wrong! There was no genuine welcome, engagement or rapport. We were just commodities to be processed. A humanoid would have done a better job! We suggest some further training is needed and on the job oversight and incentivisation. Having said that, the rib experience was brilliant, expertly handled, exhilarating, thrilling and expansive and only high praise for the crew.
