Enjoyable private tour
We had a great time with Howie, who showed us around the place. The kids especially enjoyed the private tour. I was initially a little apprehensive about the monkey tour, but Howie took us to an area where the monkeys were quite relaxed. I think they were well fed and had plenty of access to water, so they weren’t as aggressive as monkeys we’ve encountered in some other places. The admission fee was included as part of the trip, so we didn’t have to worry about any additional costs. The length of the visit was just right for us. We had a 5- and 7-year-old with us, so we probably could have stayed a little longer, but after spending 6–7 hours with Howie, we felt it was more than enough. We really enjoyed having Howie as our guide. He was very personable, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We would definitely recommend him for a fun and memorable experience.
A well packed and rewarding day
This tour was jam packed and gret value: 7 different activities in 8 hours and a flexible and lovely guide inKrishna, who added extra value with his insight into the real life of the Balinese.
Ubud 1 day tour recommendation
The 1 day highlights tour, is a long day but well worth it. There is plenty of choice and flexibility provided by the guides. Our guide for the day was Krishna who was knowledgable, patient, good company, and had a good sense of humour. All admission fees were included except lunch as expected. Krishna gave good advice on a beautiful location to eat. This tour is setup to suit all sorts of groups (families, business groups, couples, etc). We (family of 4) greatly enjoyed the day and would recommend it to others. We visited Nadia's Gold & Silver, Pura Puseh Desai Batuan Temple, Coffee Plantation, Monkey Forest, Rice Terraces, stopped for lunch, and the Waterfall.
