Excellent Service

We had a really great experience with this tour. Saw a lot of areas that we would have missed otherwise. Our guide, Darma, was really great company throughout the whole day and was extremely knowledgeable about every place we visited. He also gave us some great pointers for restaurants and general tips for staying in Ubud. Highly recommended!

An interesting and enjoyable day for all the family

Our guide Rio made the trip for us. He was courteous, great conversation and extremely knowledgeable about all the sights and places we visited.

A good day trip to explore Ubud

Firstly the communication was very good before our tour, we arranged everything online and it was easy. Our driver was on time picking us up & was very friendly and accommodating. We started at the monkey forest, then a coffee plantation, followed by lunch overlooking the volcano, before stopping at a rice paddy to finish off. Overall it was a very easy way to explore Ubud within a day. We particularly liked the coffee plantation and the monkey forest exceeded our expectations. However both the volcano and rice paddy were overly commercial. Our driver dropped us at a restaurant overlooking the volcano with a great view but with expensive and terrible looking food, we had to chase him to say we didn’t want to eat there. In fairness he was very accommodating finding somewhere else for us to eat, however he clearly didn’t know anywhere else in the area. Then the rice paddy had giant swings and sky-cycles, however we really just wanted to see the rice paddy in action and spend most of the time dodging people trying to sell us other things. Then the drive back to Nusa Dua took over 2 hours which we hadn’t realised. Overall we had a good time and it was a good way to break up a week of lying by the pool, however next time we’d do a bit more research to work out exactly what we want to do
