Der Ausflug war wirklich top! Die Organisation hat super funktioniert und wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Im Park selbst haben Clever und sein Kollege sich sehr bemüht uns möglichst viele Tiere zu zeigen und haben auch immer sehr viele interessante Infos erzählt. Wir konnten alle möglichen Tiere sehen und damit sogar 4/5 der Big Five abhaken. Wir hatten wirklich sehr viel Spaß! Wir würden das Erlebnis jederzeit wieder buchen!

Refund request
I am writing to request a refund for an amount paid incorrectly during our tour. Due to a communication error, we paid twice for the zip-lining activity. The value charged by the hour was already included in the plan package we had contracted previously. Furthermore, we did not take the last scheduled tour of the itinerary, which would be Birds of Eden. For these two reasons—the double charge for the zip line and the non-completion of the last activity—we would like to request a refund of the difference in amounts.
