Full description
Arrival & Welcome – Meet us at the dive center in El Fraile, just minutes from Las Galletas harbor, for your 3-hour PADI Discover Scuba Diving program. Enjoy a coffee or tea while we prepare your gear.
Briefing & Gear Introduction – Your friendly instructor explains safety guidelines, shows you how the equipment works, and shares simple tips to move easily underwater.
Shallow Water Practice – Begin in calm, shallow water to take your first breaths and build confidence before exploring further.
Open Water Adventure – Glide over Tenerife’s volcanic rock formations in clear Atlantic water, spotting colorful marine life such as parrotfish, wrasse, and rays during a 45–60 minute dive.
Wrap-Up & Celebrate – Back at the dive center, enjoy a refreshing drink and chat with your instructor about what you saw, learned, and the next steps if you’d like to continue your diving journey.

A guia Mariana foi muito simpática e instrutiva. O tour passa pelos principais pontos relevantes do centro de San José. A comida servida no final do tour é o ponto alto. Poderiam cobrar um pouco menos para termos um melhor custo benefício aqui. Mesmo assim vale a pena, pois andar por conta própria no centro de San José pode ser perigoso.
Very informative, my guide was very kind and helpful, she was one of the best guides I’ve ever had. And even thought it was just me and her she made it very memorable in so many ways, food and drinks were amazing 10/10 would do this tour again!
